1.8 x 1.9 cm subcutaneous low T1 signal intensity mass lesion at the dorsal aspect of fourth distal phalanx associated with a subchondral cyst at the base of first proximal phalanx along with abnormal low intensity soft tissue at medial aspect of first metatarsophalangeal and interphalangeal joint causing mild scaloping of the underlying bone cortex- likely suggestive of Gouty Tophi
