(IDH mutatnt)."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An extensive irregularly marginated altered signal intensity mass lesion measuring about 7&#215;4.5cm  involving right insular cortex, lentiform nucleus, adjoining capsuloganglionic region and right thalamus also infiltrating adjoining inferior frontal and  temporal gyrus around the opercular region with focal perilesional vasogenic edema (evaluation is limited due to lack of IV contrast study) \u2013 represents neoplasm , likely &#8216;diffuse astrocytoma&#8217;
