Massively distended gallbladder with diffuse enhancing wall thickening, demonstrates deformed shaped with lobulated surface with multiple uniformly distributed intraluminal tiny hyperdensities/calculi –likely suggestive of chronic calculus cholecystitis associated with ‘adenomyomatosis’ of the gallbladder.
Maximum thickness of gallbladder wall measures 0.7 cm with obscured fat planes between the gallbladder wall and surrounding hepatic parenchyma – possibility of ‘secondary malignant transformation’ cannot be entirely ruled out.
No evidence of significant pericholecystic fat stranding or collection.
Mild dilatation of the CBD, CHD measuring 0.5 to 0.6 cm in diameters. No evidence of radio-opaque ductal calculus. Mild central IHBR dilatation .
No significant lymphadenopathy
