Abnormal phlegmonous iso to hypodense soft tissue involving the duodenopancreatic groove with thickening of the proximal duodenal wall – Acute groove pancreatitis
Extensive mesenteric fat stranding predominantly around the head, Neck of pancreas associated with isodense non-enhancing soft tissue involving the lesser sac, periduodenal region and the right anterior pararenal space – *suggestive of Acute Peripancreatic Fluid collection (APFC)*.
No evidence of pancreatic parenchymal necrosis or calcification.
Small amount of free fluid in abdomen and pelvis.
