late presenting posterior urethral valves / urethral stricture with bilateral vesicoureteral reflux.

Moderate right and mild to moderate left hydroureteronephrosis with markedly dilated and tortuous bilateral ureters up to the level of UV junctions associated with markedly distended urinary bladder demonstrating dilated proximal urethra – likely suggestive of late presenting posterior urethral valves / urethral stricture with bilateral vesicoureteral reflux.

Minimal parenchymal loss of the right kidney. No perinephric collection or fat stranding.

Prompt CT nephrograms and renal IV contrast excretion bilaterally.

Recommend clinical correlation, urethrography as indicated clinically.
