LEMMEL SYNDROME

An approximately 3 x 2.2 cm luminal outpouching arising from the D2/D3 segment of duodenum, almost at the periampullary region demonstrating small intraluminal air fluid level with minimal wall thickening – suggestive of a duodenal diverticulum .
Mild dilatation of the CBD, CHD with minimal central IHBR dilatation.

The distal CBD appears to be terminating into the above-mentioned duodenal diverticulum (may suggest Lemmel syndrome).

No evidence of obvious ductal calculus.
