Polysplenia syndrome (left isomerism).

Multiple splenules in left upper quadrant.

 Azygous – hemiazygous veins on either sides of abdominal aorta with interrupted IVC.

 status post  interrupted IVC shunt procedure

 Non visualization of duodenal c loop  with bowel malrotation.  

 Marked dilatation of the portal vein, splenic vein with multiple tortuous collateral vessels around bilateral kidneys, the splenic region, along bilateral external, internal iliac vessels and the pelvis.

 Beaver tail liver

 Dextrocardia

 Features are likely suggestive of Polysplenia syndrome (left isomerism).
