Mild long segment mural thickening associated with multiple diverticuli and paracolic extramural a rim enhancing , necrotic paracolic collections along the course of distal descending and rectosigmoid colon – suggestive of diverticulitis with abscess formation

Small pneumoperitoneum in the periumbilical region, left lower quadrant of abdomen in paracolic spaces – represents localized perforated diverticulitis along the left distal descending and recto sigmoid colon

Extensive surrounding mesenteric fat stranding associated with focal thickening of adjoining part of ileal loop in the left lower quadrant of abdomen with resultant small bowel obstruction

Trace free fluid in lower abdomen and pelvis.
