Supraspinatus muscle atrophy (Goutallier grade III).

Partial thickness tear involving distal infraspinatus tendon

A linearly oriented small T2 hyperintensity involving the superior labrum suggestive of SLAP lesion.

Moderate joint effusion with fluid collections, subdeltoid, subacromial, subcoracoid bursa and bicipital groove
