Multifocal patchy T2 / FLAIR hyperintensities with relative restricted diffusions involving bilateral anterior frontal, superior parietal, occipital, posterior temporal lobes and posterior thalamic margins (pulvinar) without significant mass effect – Likely possibilities would be hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS) versus posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) .
Recommend clinical correlation, RFT, platelet counts, follow up.
