A large diffuse irregularly marginated hypodensity involving right capsuloganglionic region, thalamus, insular cortex adjoining medial temporal lobe infiltrating the genu , anterior body of corpus callosum associated with patchy small hypodensity involving left caudothalamic region , right cerebral peduncle , adjoining part of midbrain – *of concern for neoplastic etiology , likely CNS lymphoma versus diffuse astrocytoma with gliomatosis growth pattern*

Suspicious thickening of optic chiasm

Extrinsic compression of right lateral ventricle , 3rd ventricle due to mass effect with obscured right frontal horn and 0.3 cm midline shift to the left

Obscured grey white junction in right superior frontotemporal lobe – may suggest tumour infiltration versus secondary acute infarct

Mild obstructive hydrocephalus .
