Marked distention of bilateral transverse sinuses with normal flow voids, demonstrating Convex inferior Wall at mid transverse level with abnormally distended superior sagittal sinus, straight sinus with normal flow voids – of concern for early signs of spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH)

The pituitary gland is slightly protruding superiorly.

No evidence of sagging of brainstem or subdural collections in this study.
