Enlarged posterior fossa with a large unilocular CSF intensity extra-axial cystic lesion in the posterior fossa displacing the hypoplastic Cerebellar Vermis superiorly, communicating with the fourth ventricle from posterior aspect associated with mild to moderate communicating hydrocephalus with thin corpus callosum – suggestive of Dandy-Walker malformation.
Partial empty sella appearance with vertically tortuous bilateral optic nerves demonstrating dilated optic sheath in the retrobulbar segment – suggesting raised ICT.
