Dorsal Arachnoid Web

There is focal widening of the posterior thecal sac at D4 level, displacing the cord anteriorly causing marked focal cord compression. The widened posterior thecal sac at this level demonstrates scalpel sign – suggestive of dorsal thoracic arachnoid web . No evidence of abnormal cord signal.
