Diffuse pachy meningeal enhancement along the tentorium cerebelli, posterior fossan and the brainstem, proximal cervical cord associated with thick enhancing pituitary stalk.

Small patchy T2 / FLAIR hyperintensity involving right superior cerebellum – vermis with dense focal meningeal enhancement at the adjoining right tentorium cerebelli

Findings likely suggestive of dural metastasis versus meningitis or granulomatous disease versus IgG4 related disease.
