Dysgerminoma versus Langerhans cell histiocytosis versus lymphocytic / inflammatory hypophysitis

Marked nodular enhancing thickening of the pituitary stalk/hypophysis, slightly to the left of midline , extending from the mammillary body to the pituitary gland sparing the perisellar regions, cavernous sinuses – likely differentials would be Dysgerminoma versus Langerhans cell histiocytosis versus lymphocytic / inflammatory hypophysitis.
