The right MCA and tip of periclinoid ICA appears slightly hyperdense at M1 – may suggest acute thrombosis.

Obscured gray white junction involving the right lentiform nucleus, adjoining insular region – likely suggestive of hyperacute MCA territory infarct (ASPECTS score = 8).

Recommend MRDWI for further evaluation, cerebral angiography , cardiac evaluation , follow up.
