lissencephaly-pachygyria spectrum (type I)

Marked thickening and broadening of bilateral fronto-temporo-parietal, occipital gyri with gross simplification, poor formation of the sulci causing smooth outer surface with figure of 8 appearance – suggestive of lissencephaly-pachygyria spectrum (type I)

A layer of heterotopic subcortical Gray matter predominantly in superior fronto-parietal, occipital region suggesting band heterotopia.
