There is evidence of intraspinal fluid – fluid level at S1 level – this is likely suggestive of lumbar sedimentation sign, likely related to intraspinal subarachnoid hemorrhage. No MRI evidence of abnormal flow voids on given images. No evidence of cord contusion. No evidence of bone marrow contusion to the extent visualized on given T2 sagittal images.
