Multinodular and vacuolating neuronal tumor (MVNT)

Evidence of abnormal subcortical T2/FLAIR hyperintense lesion involving the right frontal lobe at middle frontal gyrus demonstrating seen as cluster of multiple well circumscribed tiny cystic lesions which are not attenuated on FLAIR – likely suggestive of Multinodular and vacuolating neuronal tumor (MVNT)  

 No evidence of acute infarct or restricted diffusion on DWI.
