Very subtle gyriform T2 / FLAIR hyperintensity in the left precentral gyrus without restriction of diffusion – suggestive of early non-hemorrhagic venous infarct

Focal thickening of adjoining left superior frontal draining cortical vein demonstrating blooming on GRE sequence – isolated draining cortical vein thrombosis with normal superior sagittal sinus.

Recommend further evaluation in view of prothrombotic state , venography , follow up
