Pantothenate kinase-associated neurodegeneration (PKAN).

The T2W images demonstrates focal low signal intensities involving bilateral globus pallidus with central area of high T2 signals referring to eye of the Tiger sign associated with focal low T2 signal intensities involving the substantia nigra of midbrain – suggestive of Pantothenate kinase-associated neurodegeneration (PKAN , a neuro degenerative disorder with brain iron accumulation).
