Slight widening of the sella turcica with an approximately 0.8 x 0.6 cm eccentric delayed enhancing lesion involving the left lateral aspect of pituitary gland causing tiny superior contour bulge and small protrusion into the left parasellar region causing grade I encasement of left cavernous ICA causing significant tilt of the pituitary stalk to the right – likely suggestive of a pituitary microadenoma.
The optic chiasm, optic tracts and optic nerve appear normal.
