‘Progressive Cavitating Leukoencephalopathy’

Multifocal patchy confluent, coalescent T2/FLAIR hyperintensities involving bilateral fronto-parietal subcortical white matter, centrum semiovale and adjoining lateral margins of anterior body, genu, splenium of corpus callosum with restricted diffusion on DWI , low ADC and central patchy areas of early cavitation on FLAIR as described suggestive of ‘Progressive Cavitating Leukoencephalopathy’
