SESA syndrome

Patchy , gyriform areas of restricted diffusions are noted involving cingulate gyrus, insular cortex , adjoining frontotemporal , parietal cortex , right medial temporal cortex , right hippocampus, right thalamus – likely suggestive of Subacute encephalopathy with seizures in alcoholics (SESA syndrome)

Other possibility of acute right ICA territory infarcts is less likely

A tiny acute embolic infarct in left cerebellum

Wedge shaped old infarct involving the right parietal cortex , right cerebellum

Age related volume loss with periventricular white matter chronic small vessel ischemia.
