Solitary fibrous tumor of the dura

A large midline bifrontal extra-axial well circumscribed diffuse heterogeneously enhancing frontal mass lesion broad based along the falx with right and left components (right larger than the left) displacing the frontal lobes with thin surrounding CSF cleft. (isointense with the gray matter on T1, mixed intensity, predominantly hypointense on T2) – represents neoplasm, likely Solitary fibrous tumor  of the dura versus atypical meningioma.

Focal perilesional vasogenic edema in bilateral frontal lobes (more marked on the right).

The posterior margin of the mass is impinging on the cingulate gyrus, displacing the genu of corpus callosum and A2, A3 segments of ACA posteriorly (normal flow voids are noted)

0.4 cm midline shift towards left due to mass effect
