SPONTANEOUS INTRACRANIAL HYPOTENSION (SIH)

Status post excision of posterior third ventricle neoplasm . No evidence of discrete recurrent or residual mass lesion

 VP shunt tube  in place.

 Mild diffuse cerebral edema  with  diffuse thin supratentorial pachymeningeal enhancement  and slight slumping of the mid brain  with reduced ponto-mamillary distance – suggestive of spontaneous intracranial hypotension (*SIH)
