An approximately 2.8 x 2.5 x 3.1 cm altered signal intensity mass lesion epicentered at the right temporal lobe involving anterior part of right superior temporal gyrus, demonstrating T2 FLAIR mismatch sign – suggestive of diffuse astrocytoma, with IDH-mutant, 1p19q non-codeleted genomic status.

No evidence of significant mass effect or mid line shift.
