and isointense solid components- yin yang pattern ) extra-axial mass lesion,
broad based along the frontal falx, demonstrating bilateral frontal parafalcine
components (larger on the left) with evidence of thin surrounding CSF cleft
with perilesional vasogenic edema, displacing the corpus callosum inferiorly
(evaluation is limited due to lack of IV contrast study) – likely suggestive of
solitary fibrous tumour (SFT) versus meningioma
It is impinging on the superior sagittal sinus from inferior aspect with partial
compression of the lumen.
