with perilesional vasogenic edema, displacing the corpus callosum inferiorly
(evaluation is limited due to lack of IV contrast study) – likely suggestive of
solitary fibrous tumour (SFT) versus meningioma
It is impinging on the superior sagittal sinus from inferior aspect with partial
compression of the lumen.
