‘Takayasu arteritis’.

Marked long segment circumferential wall thickening of bilateral common carotid arteries, the right brachial cephalic trunk (seen as circumferential isodense Halos around the vessel walls ) causing segmental arterial luminal narrowing approximately by 20%-30% – likely suggestive of large vessel vasculitides such as ‘Takayasu arteritis’ versus ? carotidynia.

Bilateral carotid bifurcations, ICA appear grossly unremarkable to the extent visualized. Bilateral IJV are within normal limits.
