Site of perforation  :- at  distal ileal loop in right lower quadrant, at the proximal end of stricture

High grade distal small bowel obstruction due to a short segment distal ileal stricture in the right lower quadrant – likely an inflammatory/infective stricture.

 Mild to moderate amount of free fluid with marked pneumoperitoneum (football sign) suggesting –hollow viscus perforation

 Site of perforation  :- at  distal ileal loop in right lower quadrant, at the proximal end of stricture
