- Multiple tiny extraluminal air loculi in upper abdomen (pneumoperitoneum) -suggestive of hollow viscus perforation
- Mild focal thickening of D1, D2 segments of duodenum with thin surrounding fluid collection and fat stranding – suggestive of proximal duodenal perforation at D1-D2 level.
- Trace free fluid in abdomen and pelvis.
- A large fat containing right inguinoscrotal hernia.
