Clinical Presentation: 24 Years old male presented

Multiple rounded /ovoid T2/STIR hyperintense intramuscular lesions are noted involving the anterior, posterior compartments of the leg associated with a few subcutaneous nodules – likely possibilities would be benign intramuscular and subcutaneous neurofibromas versus parasitic infestation such as cysticercosis

No evidence of associated collections. No evidence of abnormal flow voids in the vicinity.
