RAMP LESION-TYPE V

Slight anterior subluxation of the knee joint.

Small patchy marrow contusions involving posterior part of lateral tibial plateau.

 Grade III anterior cruciate ligament tear at femoral attachment.

Hyperangulation  of posterior cruciate ligament

Grade III longitudinal medial meniscal tear at posterior horn associated with adjoining oblique posterolateral linear T2 hyperintensity communicating with articular margins with  adjoining menisco capsular edema –suggestive of Ramp lesion 5.

 Grade I sprain of medial collateral ligament.

Mild to moderate joint effusion with 7 x 2.8 cm semimambranosus tendinosis extending to pes anserans bursa collection – suggestive of cyst rupture.
