Respiratory bronchiolitis interstitial lung disease (RB-ILD)

Multiple tiny poorly defined ground-glass airspace opacities in bilateral upper lobes predominantly at centrilobular location – suggestive of respiratory bronchiolitis interstitial lung disease (RB-ILD)

 Bibasilar dependent atelectasis .

 No evidence of bronchiectasis or honey combing. No evidence of fibrotic interstitial changes in this study.
