DeepHill-Sachs, bankart With HAGL and Coracoclavicular ligament tear

Findings represent anterior labral tear at antero inferior aspect (2 to 6 o clock position ) – Bankart lesion

 Focal deep impaction fracture at posterolateral aspect of supracoracoid humeral head – represent Hill Sach’s lesion ( a high depth Hill-Sachs lesion may suggest of track lesion)

 < 15% antero-inferior glenoid bone loss.

 Findings suggestive of humeral avulsion of inferior gleno-humeral ligament (HAGL) at anterior as well as posterior bands with small fluid collection involving the axillary recess.

 Subscapularis tendon sprain along with muscle edema and surrounding fluid collection

 Coracoclavicular ligament tear with subcoracoid effusion.

 Joint effusion
