Findings represent anterior labral tear at antero inferior aspect (3 to 6 o clock position ) associated with periosteal sleeve avulsion– represents anterior inferior labral tear with periosteal sleeve avulsion (ALPSA)

Focal impaction fracture at posterolateral aspect of supracoracoid humeral head – represent Hill Sach’s lesion.
