‘Meckel’s diverticulum’.

A small spiculated heterogeneously enhancing mesenteric mass lesion (2.0 x1.8 cm) in the right lower quadrant, apparently adherent to the adjoining ileal loop with surrounding mesenteric fat stranding – *may suggest Meckel’s diverticulum’.

*Other possibilities would be a necrotic mesenteric lymphnode adherent to adjoining ileal loop versus carcinoid tumour*.

Mild dilatation of small bowel loops.

Right renal lower calyceal non-obstructing calculus measuring 0.7 cm ( 500 HU).
