CORACOHUMERAL LIG AND SUBSCAPULARIS TENDONS TEARS WITH BICEPS LONG HEAD TENDON DISLOCATION

Full thickness partial width tear involving the superior 2/3rd of the subscapularis  tendon fibers with 3 cm medial retraction

Mild subscapularis muscle atrophy.

Resultant medial dislocation of the long head of biceps tendon out of the bicipital groove with fluid collection along the entire course of bicipital groove

Disruption of coracohumeral ligament

Small focal defect involving the extreme anterior fibers of supraspinatus tendon.

Moderate joint effusion with fluid distension of the posterior synovial recess which may suggest plastic deformation of the joint capsule, related to microinstability.
