Prominent calcaneal spur at postero-superior aspect at the point of Achilles tendon insertion with mild thickening of tendon – suggestive of Achilles tendinosis (? Haglund disease).

Another calcaneal spur at the base at the point of insertion of the plantar fascia with mild thickening of the fascia – possibility of plantar fasciitis cannot be ruled out.
