Epiploic appendagitis.

A subtle small ovoid fat attenuation lesion in the right paracolic space at the level of proximal ascending colon demonstrating tiny central hyperdense dot with surrounding rim like fat stranding , approximately measuring 2.6 x 1.8 cm – suggestive of Epiploic appendagitis.
