An approximately 5.6 x 5.3 cm complex cystic and solid mass lesion with heterogeneously enhancing solid component involving the tail of pancreas extending posteriorly into the celiac, para-aortic compartment of the retroperitoneum engulfing the splenic vein as described above – *of concern for neoplastic etiology , likely solid pseudo papillary tumour of pancreas*

The mass is just indenting the left renal vein, left lateral wall of SMA add the celiac artery without invasion .
