Extensive wide spread peripheral subpleural as well as central ground glass air space opacities in bilateral upper, lower lobes with lower lobe predominance associated with internal areas of reticulation, with evidence of subpleural sparing and mild lower lobe traction bronchiectasis – likely suggestive of Non-specific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP) as a likely sequelae to acute viral pneumonia.
