Full thickness partial width tear involving inferior fibers of distal subscapularis tendon.

Focal impaction fracture at posterolateral aspect of supracoracoid humeral head – represent Hill Sach’s lesion.

No evidence of significant glenoid bone loss on given MRI images

Fluid collection involving the axillary recess with abnormal high signal intensity involving the humeral attachment of inferior gleno-humeral ligament – suggestive of Humeral avulsion of inferior gleno-humeral ligament (HAGL)
