Extensive cystic bronchiectasis in bilateral upper, lower lobes, right middle lobe with predominant central distribution associated with markedly dilated trachea and major air ways as described above – likely suggestive of Mounier-Kuhn syndrome.
No evidence of obvious intrabronchial mucus plugs in this study.
A few tiny nodular airspace opacities in bilateral upper, lower lobes likely suggestive of pneumonic infiltrates.
Recommend clinical correlation, further evaluation, follow up.
