E Bony Bankart lesion -on track Hill sachs lesion) with low-grade GAGL

Findings represent anterior labral tear at antero inferior aspect (3 to 6 o clock position ) associated with underlying cortical fracture – Bony Bankart lesion

Up to 15% glenoid bone loss

Focal impaction fracture at posterolateral aspect of supracoracoid humeral head – represent Hill Sach’s lesion ( on track Hill sachs lesion)

Small joint effusion. Fluid collection involving the axillary recess with focal thickening of the inferior gleno-humeral ligament add glenoid attachment without avulsion – suggesting a low-grade GAGL
