Distal supraspinatus tendinosis with a small partial thickness tear involving the articular fibers at the crescent segment, 1.5 cm proximal to the point of insertion, traversing medially along the interstitium of the medial part of the tendon.

The bursal fibers of the tendon appear intact. No evidence of significant muscle wasting.
