ACL tear with Ramp 4 with wrisber rip in pivot shift mechanism of injury

Tiny microtrabacular  fractures at posterior aspect of lateral, medial tibial plateaus with surrounding marrow contusions

Small osteochondral impaction contusion  at lateral femoral condyle.

Grade III anterior cruciate ligament tear at femoral attachment.

Grade I sprain of medial collateral ligament.

A vertical grade III tear involving the posterior horn of medial meniscus associated with edematous meniscotibial and meniscocapsular ligament – Ramp 4 lesion

Grade III tiny lateral meniscal tear at posterior horn at the point of Wrisberg attachment (Wrisberg rip).

Mild to moderate joint effusion.

Findings suggestive of pivot shift mechanism of injury
