ACL tear with Segond capsular avuslion fracture and Ramp lesion 3

Small patchy marrow contusions involving posterior part of lateral tibial plateau.

 Small osteochondral impaction contusion at lateral femoral condyle.

 Fractures involving the fibular head

 Vertical fracture involving the lateral aspect of lateral tibial plateau with unstable fracture fragment measuring 1.7 cm in supero-inferior length – suggestive of bony avulsion of lateral joint capsule – Segond fracture.

 Grade III anterior cruciate ligament tear at femoral attachment.

 Focal abnormal high STIR signal intensity involving the menisco-tibial ligament suggestive of Ramp lesion type 3

 Hyperangulation  of posterior cruciate ligament

 Popliteopfibular ligament tear  with intact popliteus tendon

 Grade I sprain of lateral collateral ligament.

 Mild to moderate joint effusion (lipohemarthrosis) with a small posterior capsular cyst measuring 2 x 1 cm posterior to the PCL.
