Findings suggestive of intrasubstance partial thickness tear of the supero-medial component of spring ligament at navicular attachment  with small navicular marrow contusion at medial cortex.

Findings suggestive of anterior talofibular ligament (ATFL) sprain.

A bony exostosis arising from the posterior cortex of distal end of tibia at the level of metaphysis, measuring about 2 x 1 cm without evidence of cartilage cap – suggestive of small osteochondroma.  

Trace ankle joint effusion
